Artemis Kefalotyri Saganaki with Figs & Honey
An elegant and simple recipe for our Kefalotyri Saganaki Cheese
- 1 Artemis Kefalotyri Saganaki
- 2 figs
- Olive oil
- 3 tbsp of honey
01: Slice Artemis kefalotyri in half.
02: Place cheese in cool water, then dredge in plain flour (shake off excess).
03: Use a small heavy bottomed pan and add some olive oil on high.
04: Fry for a few minutes both sides until golden.
05: Serve with fresh figs and drizzle with honey.
