Baked Camembert baked with Winter Truffle

The natural mushroom flavors and aromas of the camembert play into the earthy winter truffle.

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Take Le Conquérant Camembert out of wax paper and box.
  2. Half it horizontally and pack it full with shaved black truffle.
  3. Bake in the top half of the lid that has been wrapped in foil in a pre heated oven (200°C / 400°F) for around 20 minutes.
  4. Dip in with crusty bread.
