Triple Cream Cheese with Chocolate Recipe | Will Studd Brillat Savarin Cheese Dessert

- 7 oz / 200g Brillat Savarin (IGP)
- Shaved Dark Chocolate or Milk Chocolate
(1) Finely shave dark chocolate and set it aside in a bowl.
(2) Cut cheese in half horizontally.
(3) Put chocolate on one side of cheese and sandwich cheese together. Serve immediately.
