Blade: The Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel blade is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% gives an excellent cutting edge & super sharp blade.

Handle: The smooth beech handle is typical of Opinel knives. French beech is hard, durable and easy to work with and produces a beautifully appearance as its light colour varies from yellow to pink.

Care: To preserve the quality of your Opinel Knife, hand washing is recommended.
