Watermelon and halloumi and mint Recipe | using Aphrodite Halloumi
01: Heat grill or barbecue to medium-high. Add thickly sliced halloumi to pan or grill, and cook for 1-2 minutes on either side or until golden brown.
02: Layer with skinless slices of watermelon and a few mint leaves on a plate. Finish with lemon juice and oil.
