Greek Galotyri Dessert Recipe | Berry Compote Dessert with Aphrodite Galotyri

- 6.5oz/180g Aphrodite Galoytri PDO
- 12.5 oz/350g Frozen mixed berries
- 5.5 oz/150g Caster Sugar
01: Place berries and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
02: Cook, stirring until sugar dissolves. Bring to rapid simmer. Cook for a further 10-15 minutes until thickened and sticky.
03: Remove from the heat and cool completely. Add cooled compote to the Galotryi and serve.
