Greek Galotyri Dessert Recipe | Berry Compote Dessert with Aphrodite Galotyri

- 180g / 6.3oz Aphrodite Galotyri PDO
- 350g / 12.5 oz frozen mixed berries
- 150g / 5.5 oz caster sugar
(1) Place berries and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
(2) Cook, stirring until sugar dissolves. Bring to rapid simmer. Cook for a further 10-15 minutes until thickened and sticky.
(3) Remove from the heat and cool completely. Add cooled compote to the Galotryi and serve.
