Each year, Cheese Culture calls on the cheese community to nominate the people helping shape what comes next in cheese. The annual Hot List celebrates the makers, mongers, educators, retailers, importers, scientists and all-round cheese obsessives whose passion, knowledge and commitment are pushing the industry forward.
This year brought hundreds of nominations from across the cheese world, whittled down to 20 standout honorees. We’re incredibly proud to be counted among them.
What we love most about the Hot List is that there’s no single way to build a life in cheese. You can make it, mature it, sell it, study it, import it, teach it or tell its stories. Different paths, same glorious obsession.
