Greek Galotyri Dessert with Berry Compote

Galotyri makes a fabulous dessert ingredient due to its tangy and creamy qualities.
Ingredients:
- 180g / 6oz tub Aphrodite Galotyri PDO
- 350g / 12.5 oz frozen mixed berries
- 150g / 5.5 oz caster sugar
Method:
- Place berries and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook, stirring until sugar dissolves. Bring to a rapid simmer. Cook for a further 10-15 minutes until thickened and sticky.
- Remove from the heat and cool completely. Add cooled compote to the Galotryi and serve.
