Ingredients

  • 1 Le Duc Vacherin
  • 1 - 2 cups of white wine
  • ground black pepper
  • picked herbs eg. thyme, oregano

Method

(1) Pour wine into a bowl, and pepper and herbs.

(2) Dip unwrapped cheese in wine - repeat every few hours for 2 - 3 days. Store cheese in its box in the fridge in between washes.

(3) Bring cheese to room temperature before serving.
