Caerphilly and the Artisan Cheeses of Wales
Episode 6, from Season 5
Many people think the only traditional cheese made in Wales is mild, young, crumbly Caerphilly, but that’s not the case. In this episode, Will travels to Caws Dairy to meet a family responsible for recreating farmhouse Caerphilly. He then catches up with an old friend at Gorwydd farm, who is now making this benchmark cheese from raw cow's milk, as well as two cheese makers responsible for putting Wales back on the specialist cheese map of Britain.
