Next stop is the cooperative of Isigny St Mere, one of the country’s most respected producers of traditional raw-milk Camembert. Will examines the difference between Camembert and its ancient cousin, Brie, and visits the Paris cheese shop of Roland Barthelemy, who supplies the Elysee Palace with its fromage.
