The Viking Cheeses of Norway

Will travels to the spectacular fjords of Norway to look at rare skimmed-milk cheeses that date back to Viking times. After learning about a traditional fresh cow's milk cheese called Pulltost, he visits a family that makes a cheese called Gammelost, which lives up to its notorious reputation for smelling like old socks.
