Ingredients:
- 200gm/ 7oz Aphrodite Marinated Barrel Aged Feta
- 1 clove freshly crushed garlic
- crusty baguette, to serve
- juice of 1 lemon
Method:
- Empty Aphrodite Marinated Feta and oil into a shallow baking dish.
- Add the crushed garlic and bake in the oven at 180°C / 350℉ for 25 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and serve with fresh, crusty bread.
